Your Role
This is a new and exciting role to support the Head of Estates in overseeing health and safety, statutory compliance, and premises management across the Trust.
The Estates Co-ordinator will play a key role in ensuring that all schools meet their legal and regulatory obligations, supporting the delivery of safe, compliant learning environments for pupils, staff and visitors. The role requires effective coordination across multiple sites, working closely with school leaders and the central Trust team.
You will work closely alongside the Trust central team to advise school-based colleagues on premises-related issues and will be instrumental in managing remedial works at school-level and in obtaining quotes to ensure best value for money for our schools.
The role will be based at one of the Trust's East Devon schools or offices (tbc).
The successful candidate will:
* ideally have the IOSH qualification, but if not be willing to undertake training
* have experience in health & safety coordination
* have knowledge of UK H&S legislation and compliance requirements
* have strong organisational and administrative skills
* have the ability to work across multiple sites and prioritise effectively

* Full and valid UK Driving Licence – essential
* Highly competent in the use of Microsoft Office packages – essential
