The Customer Experience & Marketing team has an exciting opportunity for two Sales and Customer Experience Learning Specialists to join. The role involves working remotely with frequent visits to London and national travel to deliver face-to-face training. We seek candidates who excel at building strong, consultative relationships. Your role will focus on delivering effective learning solutions across Barchester Healthcare to increase occupancy by converting inquiries and short-stay residents into permanent residents. Required Skills and Experience
Proven success in sales growth through learning interventions Experience as a Learning and Development specialist, with a focus on sales and conversion Understanding of best practices in sales and customer experience in fast-paced, multi-channel environments Full UK driving license and ability to travel regularly across the UK, including overnight stays Knowledge of customer experience design and change management Responsibilities
Analyze current enquiry and sales processes, understanding the customer journey Identify missed opportunities in customer and resident experience, including Life Enrichment Develop training to enhance conversion rates using customer insights Conduct training needs analysis and propose programs to improve performance Create training materials aligned with brand tone and learning objectives Support structured learning initiatives for occupancy and experience improvements Implement blended learning approaches, leveraging digital platforms and face-to-face training Travel nationally as required for face-to-face training sessions Ensure training environments are equipped with appropriate tools and resources Prepare high-quality training sessions and integrate modules into learning platforms Provide ongoing coaching to leaders on sales and occupancy strategies Rewards and Benefits
