What You'll Do
* Prospect and generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, networking, referrals, and industry events.
* Conduct discovery conversations to understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions.
* Lead face‑to‑face meetings, present proposals, and close deals with confidence.
* Collaborate with internal teams on pricing strategies and seamless account implementation.
* Support clients post‑sale to ensure long‑term success.
* Manage your sales pipeline and report progress to leadership.
* Stay ahead of industry trends through continuous learning and development.
What We're Looking For
* Degree or equivalent experience.
* 5+ years in sales.
* Proven ability to sell both inside (phone/email) and outside (in‑person).
* Strong negotiation skills, strategic thinking, and commercial acumen.
* Excellent communication skills across all organisational levels, including C‑suite.
* Air Freight & Ocean Freight Experience.
