About the role…
You will supervise and coordinate all set-up activities for the Conference & Banqueting Department. You'll support in leading and training all team members and be responsible for ensuring everything is set up according to specified requirements, following the function sheet provided, and making any last-minute changes requested by guests.
You’ll ensure our high standards are maintained in all areas of the facility, and that the guest’s conference/event is set up and ready for a seamless experience!
Events you will prepare for range from small family gatherings to large weddings, parties, or exhibitions.

* You will have strong leadership skills and the ability to follow instructions independently, delivering details based on guest/client requirements as outlined in the function sheets.
* You will possess excellent interpersonal and customer relation skills to ensure a memorable experience, proactively resolving any challenges that arise.
* You will have strong communication skills across various channels.
* You are flexible and adaptable, able to stay calm under pressure, and capable of adjusting your approach to complete routine and non-routine tasks.
* You pay high attention to detail and accuracy, managing your own time effectively and supporting the team. Note that this role will mainly be outside of service delivery hours.
* You can remain calm and work efficiently under pressure.
