You will report to an Employee Relations Manager and be part of our centre of excellence. effective Employee Relations advice to our business Flexible benefits to support your wellbeing and lifestyle A graduate or Level 5 CIPD qualified or equivalent HR management qualification or experience is advantageous Ability to build effective relationships across all business levels experience of caseload management is A logical thinker with the ability to problem solve, work to changing time frames and reactive situations is essentialThe role is fast-paced and you will need to be able to multi-task.Evidence of being proficient in MS Office applications (particularly Word and Excel) and the ability to interpret and analyse numerical/statistical data.Proven up to date experience of Employment Law knowledge would be an advantage.
