The Role As a Warehouse Operative, youll be responsible for carrying out day-to-day warehouse tasks efficiently and accurately across pick, pack, dispatch, goods-in, and putaway activities. Key Responsibilities Pick, pack, and dispatch orders in line with company standards Operate within goods-in and putaway processes as required Ensure stock is stored correctly and aligned with the WMS Maintain stock control and accuracy Follow all company policies and health & safety procedures Report any health & safety issues to the Team Leader or Shift Manager Maintain high standards of housekeeping across the warehouse Work collaboratively as part of an operational team Complete any training required for the role About You Essential: Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution environment Understanding of basic health & safety principles Good attention to detail and communication skills Physically fit and able to carry out manual tasks Able to work effectively as part of a team Desirable: Basic PC skills FLT licence (Counterbalance and/or Reach) Experience using a Warehouse Management System, particularly Manhattan/MLS What Were Looking For Flexible and reliable approach to working hours Self-motivated with a proactive mindset Positive attitude with a strong work ethic Honest, dependable, and enthusiastic
