Role: Finance Director\n\nLocation: Birmingham - Hybrid working\n\nType: Permanent - There is also an interim role available until they recruit to the permanent post\n\nSalary: £60k \n\nSellick Partnership are currently recruiting to a Finance Director for a Charity based in Birmingham. Reporting to the Chief Executive, the main purpose of the role includes: \n\nAll Group finance, payroll, asset and IT systems\nManaging budgets and providing finance reports as required to the Executive Committee and Board\nActively contributing towards the financial planning and strategic growth as a key member of the Executive Committee Responsibilities - Finance Director \n\nLead in the development and delivery of the financial strategy\nPrepare monthly, quarterly and annual reports\nManagement of budgetary planning, forecasting, and monthly operational reporting\nManage the relationship with bankers and auditors, ensuring the annual year end audit process\nProviding financial reporting\nManage, supervise and develop staff Person Specification - Finance Director \n\nFully qualified finance professional\nExperience of dealing with senior stakeholders\nStaff management experience\nKnowledge of Social Housing and Charity Accounting is desirable but not essential Benefits: \n\n24 days holiday PLUS Bank Holidays\nA contributory pension scheme\nPrivate health care\nFree life assurance\nAccess to an extensive suite of wellbeing services\nOpportunities for learning and development\nRetail discount scheme via Blue Light cardWe encourage interested candidates to apply immediately for this opportunity.
