Flexible working options available Salary: NHS band 8a, £56,514 Person Specification We’re looking for someone who meets the following criteria: Qualifications and Knowledge Essential criteria * A master’s degree in an associated professional field (or equivalent qualification / experience). * Practical experience, working at this level in interaction design, across a range of products and services. * Evidence of continuous professional development. Desirable criteria * Theoretical and specialist knowledge, gained with the following certifications (or equivalent): * BCS Practitioner Certificate in Systems Design * BCS Foundation Certificate in Agile Experience Essential criteria * Experience in a designer role at a similar level, working collaboratively in a multi-disciplinary team to develop design concepts and accessible solution across a range of channels. * Experience of interpreting evidence-based research and incorporating this into your work, understanding how this research impacts others. * Proficiency in using design principles to ensure systems are usable, accessible, and effective for people with diverse abilities and contexts. * Proficient in developing and testing wireframes and prototypes to reduce risk and ensure solutions meet user and organisational needs.
