Responsibilities
* Ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of branch sales progression
* Assisting with and processing home sales from offer to completion
* Liaising with buyers, sellers, solicitors, and other key stakeholders in the home-moving process
* Supporting the wider team to deliver an efficient and professional customer experience

About the Role
We're looking for an organised, detail-focused Move Manager / Sales Progressor with a proven track record of success in administrative roles. Experience within estate agency, residential lettings, or a strong understanding of the home-buying process is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities as a Sales Progressor
As a Sales Progressor, we would expect you to:
* Pick up client relationships and manage multiple cases at one time
* Effectively communicate with and update your key stakeholders within the home buying process to ensure a smooth completion
* Dedicated training and coaching to support your ongoing development
* Opportunity to build on your career, providing you with opportunities to gain more experience and knowledge to help you progress to the next level
* Engage with people from all walks of life, hold conversations to establish their needs and wants, and communicate effectively through email, phone and face to face
* Master multitasking and excel at managing numerous responsibilities and tasks
* Be a team player and want to do an excellent job, not just for yourself but for the team and most importantly the customer
Salary and Incentives
Basic annual salary is between £20,000 and £22,000 (depending on experience).
* Basic salary: £20,000 to £22,000 per year
* Complete on target earnings: £30,000 per year
* Quarterly bonuses for successfully converting a % of the pipeline:
o 65% - £250
o 75% - £500
o 85% - £750

* Register client details
* Chase key stakeholders throughout the home buying process:
o Mortgage advisers or lenders
o Solicitors
o Buyer
o Vendor (client selling the house)
o Surveyors
o Any other key parts to the process
* Gather required documents to complete the sale:
o Identification
o Mortgage agreement
o Required insurance policies
