Job Description
You’ll provide overnight support to clients in their own homes, ensuring they are safe, comfortable, and cared for through the night. Shifts may be sleeping nights (where you're present but only wake if needed) or waking nights (active monitoring and support throughout).
Typical responsibilities include:
* Reassurance and companionship during the night
* Assisting with toileting or mobility
* Administering or prompting medication
* Supporting clients who may wake due to dementia, anxiety, or other health needs
* Light domestic tasks or preparing breakfast if part of your shift
* Monitoring and recording wellbeing as required
This role is ideal for someone who is calm under pressure, reliable, and confident providing care independently throughout the night.
