HR Administrator / Admin Assistant Gravesend (Office-based) Salary: £26,000 per annum Full-time or part-time considered Are you an organised and proactive administrator looking to build or develop your career within HR? We are working with a well-established organisation seeking a motivated HR Admin Assistant to support a busy HR function. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, responsibility, and working as part of a supportive team. The Role As an HR Admin Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting day-to-day HR operations, including: Managing the HR mailbox and responding to queries Preparing HR documentation (offer letters, probation letters, resignations) Supporting onboarding processes and employee inductions Conducting new employee check-ins Maintaining training records and filing documentation Assisting HR and payroll teams Providing reception cover when required Ensuring first aid boxes are maintained Supporting with general administrative duties as neededWhat We’re Looking For Strong organisational and time management skills Confident and professional telephone manner Good IT skills (Word, Excel, Outlook) Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines High attention to detail and accuracy Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) Discretion and understanding of confidentiality Reliable, flexible, and proactive approach Full UK driving licenceDesirable (but not essential) Previous HR or administrative experience Experience with onboarding systems or HR platformsFull training will be provided for the right candidate.
