Hours: Monday-Friday; 9am-5.30pm (requirement to work one Saturday every 2 months)
As a Client Services Executive, you will play an integral role in supporting our client's Sales Consultants, Clients, and Agent Partners. Your main responsibilities will include:
1. Providing sales, operational, administrative, and service support to ensure smooth and seamless client experiences.
2. Checking and confirming that all booking components are accurately arranged and that clients' arrangements are well-considered.
3. Managing all necessary administrative functions, ensuring clients have all the required information at their fingertips.
4. Collaborating with supplier partners, communicating clients' requirements effectively.
5. Going above and beyond to deliver exceptional customer care, exceeding clients' expectations.
