About you: You bring experience in construction estimating, quantity surveying, or relevant commercial roles You possess a solid understanding of construction methodologies and cost planning principles You have excellent analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills Attention to detail and working effectively within tight deadlines are among your strengths Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential You are either degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Engineering, or are working towards such qualifications Experience with estimating software is advantageous but not mandatory What you'll do: Support the preparation of accurate cost estimates and tender submissions for multiple construction projects Carry out quantity take-offs and measurements from drawings and documentation Assist in compiling cost breakdowns, pricing schedules, and budget estimates Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to gather competitive pricing and ensure scope coverage Support bid management by organising tender documentation and analysing supply chain quotations Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in estimating processes and data recording Help prepare for client meetings and tender interviews, enhancing your exposure to stakeholder engagement For further information on this job, apply via the link or contact the VANRATH office for a confidential chat today.
