Airsec Group Limited is expanding its team and we're looking for qualified Paramedics to join us for large-scale events in Bristol and at festivals across the UK We're a small company with a big heart, committed to delivering excellent service and taking great care of our team.

Who We're Looking For:
* Qualified Paramedics with event experience or those eager to gain experience in event medical services.
* Committed, reliable professionals with a passion for providing excellent medical care at events.
* Available for weekend shifts, especially Fridays and Saturdays.
Responsibilities
* You to have your own drug bag and the ability/responsibility to maintain and restock it. Expenses concerning this are covered by the company.
* Conduct thorough patient assessments and physical examinations to determine the nature and extent of injuries or illnesses.
* Administer basic life support and advanced life support as necessary, including medication administration and injections.
* Perform triage to prioritise patient care based on the severity of their condition.
* Operate emergency vehicles safely while responding to calls for assistance.
* Maintain accurate medical records and documentation of patient care provided during transport.
* Collaborate with other healthcare professionals in hospital settings to ensure continuity of care.
* Demonstrate knowledge of medical terminology and physiology to communicate effectively with team members and other medical personnel.
* Lift and move patients safely, ensuring their comfort and safety during transport.
Skills
* Strong understanding of basic life support techniques and advanced life support protocols.
* Proficient in performing physical examinations and recognising critical signs in patients.
* Experience administering injections and familiarity with medication administration procedures.
* Solid knowledge of medical terminology relevant to emergency medical services.
* Capability to perform triage effectively in high-pressure situations, ensuring timely care for patients.
