About the role:
* Allocate work to Technicians, ensuring standards and time scales are met.
* Communicate with Service Advisors about repair times, keeping customers updated.
* Ensure all work is completed within the allocated time to maintain high productivity.
* Report and seek advice on any issues during work to resolve problems promptly and keep customers informed.
