What You’ll Need
* Level 3 childcare or early years qualification (or equivalent).
* Experience in an early years setting, ideally as a Room Leader or senior practitioner.
* Strong knowledge of EYFS, child development, and safeguarding.
* Confident communication, organisational, and leadership skills.
* A calm, creative, inclusive approach with a passion for outdoor learning.

* Lead your room’s daily practice, ensuring a safe, inspiring, and nurturing environment.
