My client based in Wokingham are seeking an IFA Administrator to join their team within Investments and Pensions. We are looking for candidates who have got knowledge in Pensions and Investments who have got excellent organisational management skills. Successful IFA Administrator candidates will be supporting Senior IFA advisors.
Experience with Intelliflo/IO back-office system is a bonus.
Responsibilities
Report checking reviews and compliance reports
Compiling summaries of clients portfolios
Writing of initial suitability reports in conjunction with the IFA Advisor
Liaise with the wider team, establishing and maintaining good working relationships with clients, providers and colleagues.
Experience
Previous experience in an IFA Administration role focusing on Pensions and Investments
Good knowledge of Intelliflo
Proficient IT skills in core Microsoft Office systems.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an eye for detail.
Professional telephone manner
