Role: PA to the Executive Team & Clerk to the Trust
Salary: £27,000/pa (FTE)
Hours: Full-time (37hrs per week)

We are now seeking an experienced and highly organised Personal Assistant to provide high-level PA support and organisational support to the CEO, CFO and COO of the Hollybank Group, and ensure the smooth operation of board activities and facilitate effective communication between board members, senior management, and external stakeholders.
About the role
The role will be as varied as the people we support, however typical duties will include:
1. Undertake administrative tasks to assist the Chief Executive, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer and the Trustees, acting as an effective and efficient support function.
2. Organise and attend meetings as per the requests of the CEO, CFO and COO and the Chair of Trustees.
3. Ensure that an accurate record is made of the meeting and any associated administration is undertaken and distributed.
4. Maintain and update electronic files to ensure that information is retrievable as needed.
5. Coordinate and manage complex diaries for the CEO, CFO and COO, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
6. Support CEO, CFO and COO in email and call management, including effective prioritisation. Direct emails and calls to Senior Management Team where appropriate.
7. Act as the first point of contact, handling correspondence, phone calls, and emails with professionalism and confidentiality.
8. Provide a communication service to internal colleagues and external stakeholders to ensure that all queries and requests are dealt with efficiently in an effective and friendly way.
9. Act as liaison between Chair of Trustees and Committee members.

About you
We are seeking someone who:
10. Has excellent literacy and numeracy skills, and expert knowledge of Microsoft Office programmes.
11. Has previous experience of providing administrative support or PA support to Directors.
12. Has previous experience of using AI tools to assist in meetings and administrative tasks.
13. Has excellent minute taking skills, including in virtual meetings.
14. Is able to meet deadlines, works well under pressure, and is highly organised.
15. Has excellent people and communication skills.
