Working closely with
the General Manager and the homeworking team, the successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks including processing tickets, checking bookings and responding to email enquiries from customers and the sales team.

Please note - this role offers working hours of Mon - Fri 9am - 5.30pm with the occasional Saturday.
Role of Travel Administration Support Executive:
1. Quality checking all the booking elements prior to sending out booking confirmations
2. Processing and chasing tickets
3. Confirmation/cancellation invoice check and send
4. Correct and amend existing bookings
5. After sales including processing refunds
6. Assisting in the loading of bookings at busy sales periods
7. Responding to email queries from customers and our homeworking team members
8. Oversee balance reports and collate staff sales and incentive payments
9. Assisting the General Manager with adhoc business tasks and projects
Skills required for the role:
10. 12 months experience gained within a similar travel admin role
11. Working well on your own initiative, and as a team player
12. Strong attention to detail and to be able to work in a busy environment, working under pressure
13. PC literate and ability to use reservations and website booking systems to download and process bookings.
