An Outstanding secondary school is seeking an enthusiastic English Graduate to join their support team as a Trainee Graduate Teaching Assistant.

The Role
* Supporting students in English lessons across KS3 and KS4
* Delivering literacy interventions and small group support
* Helping students improve reading, writing, and communication skills
* Supporting lesson delivery and classroom engagement
* Assisting with exam preparation and revision sessions
Requirements
* UK degree in English, English Literature, or related subject
* Excellent communication and written skills
* Passion for education and student progress
* Patient, proactive, and professional attitude
* Interest in teacher training pathways

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
