Job Summary Accountable for the planning function on allocated projects and tenders, ensuring that all projects and tenders are effectively planned, scheduled, and monitored. Supports the Project Management function in delivering projects and tenders on time and profitably. Responsible for planning medium to high complexity projects, managing a portfolio of projects, or overseeing sections of larger projects. Key Job Responsibilities Lead planning activities across projects and tenders. Develop and maintain integrated project schedules. Monitor progress and report on performance. Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies. Support governance and reporting requirements. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with objectives. Key Job Dimensions Reports to: Project Controls Manager or Associate Director. Stakeholder engagement: Internal and external project teams. You'll need to have Proficiency in planning tools such as Primavera P6 and MS Project. Ability to integrate risk management into planning processes. Strong understanding of scheduling techniques and project controls. Knowledge of construction project lifecycle and dependencies. Effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Ability to influence and collaborate across multiple teams. You'll also have Leadership competencies demonstrating behaviors such as Curiosity, Collaboration, and Championing. Ability to create and deliver persuasive and engaging presentations to a wide range of audiences. Industry experience and/or qualifications relevant to planning and project controls.
