Key Responsibilities
* Listing products across our website and German marketplaces
* Optimising listings using SEO and marketplace tools to maximise visibility and sales
* Monitoring and improving marketplace performance
* Identifying and launching new German marketplaces to expand our reach
* Growing sales on existing German channels
* Providing German language support (written and verbal) across the business
* Managing related administration and supporting the wider marketing team
* Liaising with customer support (and occasionally customers) to ensure 5-star service across all channels
What We're Looking For
* Fluent written and spoken German and English
* Strong organisational and housekeeping skills
* Excellent time management — able to juggle multiple tasks
* Proactive, forward-thinking mindset
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office
