We currently have an opportunity for Bar and Restaurant Supervisors to join our team at Nottingham Forest Football Club.
This opportunity is for the 2025/26 Football Season, with work on Matchdays and Non-matchdays, including evenings and weekends. It's ideal for driven individuals eager to succeed in a fast-paced, innovative catering environment.
We seek outstanding customer-focused individuals to join a world-leading food and facilities management company, offering excellent career progression opportunities. Previous hospitality experience and good customer service skills are preferred.

Package Description
Bar and Restaurant Supervisor - £13.55 per hour
Flexible working hours, including Match Days and Non-Match Days (C&E Events), evenings, and weekends
Main Responsibilities
* Delivering exceptional guest service and managing staff
* Adhering to Food Safety and Health & Safety procedures
* Completing relevant documentation
* Reporting staff potential to management to support their development
* Following Food Allergens procedures
* Assisting guests with queries and resolving issues confidently
* Leading and motivating a team to ensure high service standards
* Managing opening and closing procedures of the hospitality area

* Experience in hospitality, bar, or catering venues
* Team player with staff management confidence
* Quick learner with good attention to detail
* Passionate about delivering memorable experiences
* Excellent verbal communication skills
* Proactive and thrives in a fast-paced environment
