This is a 12-month fixed-term contract where you'll get to dive into meaningful automation projects that make a real impact. What You'll Be Doing: Designing and building smart automation solutions with Blue Prism. Working closely with business teams to figure out what can (and should!) be automated. Developing clean, scalable bots that make people's work lives easier. Keeping an eye on bot performance and fixing anything that goes off track. Supporting and sharing ideas with the wider automation team. Staying curious and keeping up with the latest in RPA tech. What You Bring: Around 18 months (or more) of hands-on Blue Prism development. Solid knowledge of RPA principles and how to apply them in real-world scenarios. Experience with process analysis and optimisation. Some coding know-how (C#, VB.NET, PowerShell preferred).
