A global manufacturer of specialist medical and dental devices is expanding its UK operation and is recruiting a Key Account Manager to support growth across the South East. This Key Account Manager role is field-based and centred on consultative, direct sales to dental and surgical professionals. You will take ownership of a defined territory, building strong clinical relationships and driving sustainable revenue. Key Responsibilities * Manage a defined southern territory as a Key Account Manager * Focus activity on clients in and around the South East * Build long-term relationships with dental and surgical professionals * Deliver in-person product demonstrations and consultations * Advise customers on appropriate product selection based on clinical needs * Develop new business while managing existing accounts * Achieve and exceed agreed sales targets * Plan and prioritise territory activity effectively * Maintain accurate CRM records and sales reporting * Attend relevant trade shows and industry events * Represent the business professionally at all times Candidate Requirements * Proven field sales experience within medical, dental or healthcare sectors * Track record of selling to dentists, surgeons or clinical professionals * Strong territory management and pipeline planning skills * Confident presentation, negotiation and relationship-building ability * Consultative, customer-focused sales approach * Self-motivated and comfortable working autonomously * Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel across the South Package & Benefits * Basic salary up to £55,000 * £30,000 uncapped OTE * Transparent commission scheme * £650 per month car allowance * 25 days holiday plus bank holidays * Private health insurance * Income protection and life assurance This Key Account Manager - Medical Devices position offers the opportunity to join a growing UK business with high-quality products, a strong London-centric client base, and long-term career progression.
