This role will see you:
* Oversee the help desk and manage resource allocation.
* Support planned and reactive maintenance services.
* Act as first point of contact for Estates & Facilities queries.
* Manage financial processes including purchase orders and invoices.
* Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
