Key Responsibilities Manage purchase and sales orders with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail Coordinate deliveries and stock movements, liaising with Transport teams and Cold stores Raise invoices promptly and complete month-end processing to strict deadlines Process credit notes accurately and efficiently Credit Control, including sending statements and chasing overdue invoices. Communicate proactively via phone and email to resolve queries and prevent delays Provide organised operational and administrative support to the Managing Director Identify opportunities to improve operational and administrative processes Manage shared mailboxes and ensure timely, professional responses Provide general business, sales, and operational support as required Skills & Attributes Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work calmly under pressure Confident and professional communicator, particularly on the phone Strong written communication and attention to detail. Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Teams, Outlook) with good numerical skills. Minimum of 12 month's experience in an administrative, operations, or support role Tenacious and resilient individual and team player who is capable of building strong relationships with customers and suppliers. Reliable team player with a proactive, positive, and "can-do" attitude Full UK Driving Licence
