Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage a team of 4 Service Desk Analysts.
* Oversee daily operations of the service desk, ensuring efficient and effective resolution of IT issues.
* Implement and maintain ITIL best practices to improve service delivery.
* Utilize JIRA for incident tracking, problem management, and workflow optimization.
* Develop and monitor performance metrics to ensure high-quality support.
* Collaborate with other IT teams to enhance overall user experience.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Service Desk Manager or similar role.
* Strong knowledge and practical application of ITIL frameworks.
* Proficiency with JIRA or similar service management tools.
* Excellent leadership and team management skills.
