Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Assistant / Bookkeeper to replace an existing role based in our busy Wimborne office. The role provides a full bookkeeping service for a portfolio of clients, liaising with Savills Property Managers, staff and clients to meet varying requirements and feed into formal accounts production.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and process all aspects of the bookkeeping requirements for a portfolio of clients. This will include raising and sending demands, maintaining up-to-date occupant / tenancy details, bank reconciliations, processing supplier payments, including allocation of correct VAT coding, and some monthly reporting.• Liaise with Savills and client property managers throughout the country, leaseholders / tenants and suppliers; dealing with any queries, maintaining a polite and professional manner at all times.• In addition to the tasks described above, you may be expected to carry out other duties as may be reasonably required from time to time.
