* Work as a STEM Teaching Assistant supporting students with their academic progress across STEM Subjects
* Provide 1:1 and small group interventions to pupils and support those who require additional support
* Assist with lesson preparation, classroom management, and learning resources
* Ensure student welfare and safeguarding is maintained
* Support class teachers and other staff members with behaviour management
