Job Description
Aim: To help facilitate the smooth running of the Merchandise department, ensuring the right product at the right time to hit business KPIs
Outlet Key tasks:
Reviewing stock and deliveries.
Analysing sales and replenishment requirements.
Attending weekly trade calls and understanding promotional activity of Bicester and Ingolstadt village requirements aligning product in a timely manner.
Reviewing/analysing margin, sales, data, product requirements for HoM review.
Proposing RRP and discount management to hit planned sales growth for HoM review.
Reviewing monthly budgets and sales trends and proposing a plan to achieve by outlet, for HoM review.
Implementing plans and actions with conclusions to achieve projected targets.
Establishing range plans with imagery and reviewing product requirements for each phase of the calendar, for each outlet.
Implementing imagery to coordinate requirements for each individual moment & updating carousels in a timely manner.
Reviewing sales data and planning future season sales at line, category and product group requirements to financial targets.
Working closely with Store Managers and Valley Retail to facilitate processes to drive outlet sales..
Driving and developing ideas to improve communication in conjunction with Head Office and the Village Marketing team.
Responsible for the delivery of requirements to achieve each outlet calendar by village.
Developing initiatives to drive sales.
Weekly reporting, reviewing and analysing sales, margin, and conversion.
Weekly outlet meetings by Village
Liaise with other departments to ensure outlet processes, imagery and reporting are facilitated.
Liaising with Outlet Store Managers with regards to requirements and follow up actions required.
Full price channel tasks:
Produce trade reports weekly and distribute to relevant departments/individuals.
Analyse reports and suggest action for rebuys, cancellations & pull/extend delivery requirements.
Reviewing daily trade and reporting key findings to HoM with key actions.
Weekly WISSI management with Senior Merchandiser.
Weekly forecasting management with Senior Merchandiser.
Review line cards on key continuity lines to ensure never out of stocks.
Work with stores/merchandise team to identify over/understock issues and make appropriate suggestions to clear stock and transfer to correct areas of the business.
Manage the intake of stock with the trainee merch to achieve 100% of the range launch on time.
Manage communication with factories.
Negotiate costs on all lines for both outlet and full price ranges.
Candidate Requirements:
A solid understanding of and experience within an outlet/retail business and how this role contributes to and can best support the Npeal business as a whole.
Excellent management skills with a proven record of delivering targets on time
Proven ability to plan and prioritise own workload to meet tight deadlines within a fast moving and ever changing trading environment
Numerate, accurate with strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data.
Strong Excel skills.
A proactive approach to work.
Thorough and methodical with good attention to detail.
Proven ability to prioritise and manage a diverse workload.
Ability to support and manage implemented processes and ensure relevant teams adhere to these.
Able to make insightful observations from reports and data for management attention.

Oversee the progression of the Merchandise Administrator in conjunction with the Senior Merchandiser.
Full Time 40 hours per week. Office based
