The Job Role:
* The Head Housekeeper will manage and be responsible for the Housekeeping department ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness throughout the boutique hotel, to include accommodation and public areas
* Be responsible for managing the departmental budget, profitability and efficiencies.
* The Head Housekeeper will be responsible for planning the departmental wage resource effectively
* The Head Housekeeper will have overall accountability for the department, encompassing training, supervision and forecasting in line with the venues business needs.
