🔧 The Role
As a SAGE 200 / Sicon Consultant, you’ll play a key role in delivering end‑to‑end system implementations, enhancements and support for a diverse portfolio of clients across the UK.
You will:
* Lead the design, configuration and delivery of SAGE 200 and Sicon modules
* Map and optimise processes within manufacturing, construction, and project‑based environments
* Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into practical, scalable solutions
* Deliver system training, documentation and ongoing advisory support
* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the consultancy as it scales
🎯 About You
You’ll thrive in this role if you have:
* Proven experience implementing or supporting SAGE 200, ideally with strong exposure to Sicon modules (Manufacturing, Projects, Barcoding, Service, etc.)
* A solid understanding of finance, inventory, manufacturing, construction workflows or project accounting
* Confident communication skills with the ability to build strong client relationships
* A proactive, solution‑focused mindset and the desire to take ownership of your work
* The ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a growing consultancy environment
