* Base salary: £38,625
* London Weighting Allowance: +£5,000 (if applicable)
* Average OTE: up to £55,000
* A guaranteed overtime option to increase your base salary to £44,385, plus additional overtime and bonus opportunities

What You’ll Need
* Level 2 qualification in light vehicle maintenance (or equivalent)
* Strong technical, electrical, and diagnostic experience
* A customer-first mindset
* Full UK driving licence
