Responsibilities
* Lead and manage a dedicated team of social workers, ensuring high standards of practice and service delivery in the Children MASH.
* Oversee and coordinate multi-agency safeguarding assessments to ensure the swift and effective response to children’s needs.
* Provide guidance, support, and supervision to team members, promoting continuous professional development and a positive working environment.
* Collaborate with external agencies including police, health officials, and educational staff to ensure a unified approach to child safeguarding.
* Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of policies and practices, making improvements where necessary to achieve better outcomes for children and families.
