Work and Wellbeing Team LeaderSheffield & Barnsley £36,306 per annumPermanent, Full Time (37 hours per week)Closing Date: Sunday 10 May at midnightInterview Date: Thursday 21 May, in person, in SheffieldWe have an exciting opportunity for two Team Leaders to join our Work & Wellbeing team in Barnsley and Sheffield.This is a key leadership role for someone who is passionate about supporting people to achieve meaningful employment outcomes, while leading and developing a team to deliver a high-quality, performance-focused service. The focus of the role is to:Lead and motivate a highly effective team of Employment Specialists to deliver positive and sustained employment outcomes aligned to customers' job preferencesEnsure the delivery of a high-quality, strengths-based employment support serviceProvide clear operational oversight, ensuring performance, quality, and compliance standards are metWork collaboratively with partners, employers, and other stakeholders to continually improve service delivery and outcomes for customers.Who you areYou are a confident and supportive leader who is performance-driven, while holding a strong commitment to quality, values-based practice, and inclusion.
