Job Summary
The post holder provides general support to the Central and South Central Fleet Department and its activities and operations, dealing with suppliers in relation to vehicle service bookings. The post holder is responsible for co‑ordinating the service booking process between contracted garages and operational departments, monitoring work carried out, keeping all systems updated and dealing with any related problems. The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.

Person Specification
Essential Qualifications and Knowledge
* NVQ Level 3 in Business Administration or equivalent, plus additional knowledge of financial procedures/contract law to Diploma Level obtained through formal qualifications (e.g. CIPS) and/or equivalent experience; or equivalent level of experience within a Business Admin/Procurement environment.
* General understanding of contracts management.
* Willingness to undertake appropriate training to enhance knowledge of specialised equipment and technical procedures.
Essential Experience
* Experience of using financial systems such as Oracle for ordering supplies.
* Experience of using Microsoft Office packages (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
* Experience of working within a demanding environment with competing priorities and workloads.
