Key Responsibilities
Support students across KS3 and KS4 on a 1:1 and small‑group basis

Essential Skills and Experience
Experience working with children or young people aged 11–16
Confident communication skills and the ability to build rapport with teenagers
Calm, patient, and resilient approach to behaviour and learning support
Strong awareness of behaviour management and willingness to follow school policies
Reliable, proactive, and adaptable attitude
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
Desirable (Not Essential)
Previous experience in secondary schools, youth work, mentoring, or support roles
Interest in teaching, SEND, pastoral support, or behaviour mentoring
Experience supporting challenging behaviour or disengaged learners
Safeguarding, first aid, or related training
Driver with access to a car (beneficial but not essential)
