About the Role:
You will primarily focus on inbound sales, offering expert advice on a wide range of products and services. Excellent communication skills are essential, as you will interact with customers via phone, chat, and email.
No two days are the same—assisting customers with purchases and resolving queries. Our team works flexibly to serve both retail and business customers, with opportunities to support other customer support functions as needed.
You will be part of a collaborative team committed to delivering excellent customer service and maximizing sales. You will work closely with various teams, including Repairs, Warehouse, Managed Accounts, SME, and Sales Support, to resolve complex queries and uphold our core values: honesty, respect, authenticity, responsiveness, collaboration, and conscientiousness.
Training will be provided across sales techniques and supporting B2B and retail customers, helping you develop into a versatile support specialist. You will also have opportunities to learn about our products through partners like Microsoft, Intel, and Nvidia.
The base salary is £24,570 per annum, with uncapped commission and on-target earnings averaging around £27,000 annually, with the potential to earn more based on your success.

Our Contact Centre is filled with passionate, fun individuals focused on delivering exceptional service. We operate a hybrid model—spending three days a week in the office (with snacks!) and working remotely the rest of the time, maintaining team spirit through virtual events and regular catch-ups.
