What you’ll do on a typical day:
* Oversee operational efficiency and productivity within the packing area, ensuring smooth day-to-day running
* Act as the primary point of contact for troubleshooting and resolving issues that arise during operation
* Support the review and updating of departmental SOPs, Risk Assessments, and Training processes
* Support the senior leadership team in delivering new contract business implementations and value-adding opportunities
What you need to succeed at GXO:
* Willingness to work in a fast-paced, physically active environment
* Understanding of warehouse practices including safe working practices
* PC literate with experience working on a Warehouse Management System (WMS)
