At Sugarman Health and Wellbeing, we are currently looking for a Support Worker, who can provide 1:1 care and support, for a Male client in his early 30’s who has Autism This client is very ambitious, and is looking for someone who are very outgoing, loves going for walks on the beach front, as well as companionship. This client has limited verbal communication.
You will provide care within the Service User’s own home environment, within the Southend-on-Sea area.

1. Role: Support Worker
2. Location: SS3, Southend-On-Sea
3. Shifts: Days Monday to Friday, 9am to 10pm, Weekends 10am to 9pm
4. Pay Rate: £13 per hour
5. Monday to Sunday available (depending on availability)
6. Contract: Full Time/ Part Time
7. Speciality: Complex Care
8. Start Date: ASAP on completion of recruitment process
9. PPE Provided
You would become an essential part of the existing part of the existing care team in this fulfilling and rewarding role.
Theory and practical training will be provided to ensure you have the correct skills to support this individual. This is an amazing opportunity in order to learn and expand your knowledge with new care skills, to help develop your career and experience exciting new oppurtunities.

What are your duties as a Healthcare Assistant in this package?
17. Able to support in Moving and Handling & Personal Care
18. Support and maintain all clinical needs
19. To be respectful and maintain professional boundaries
20. Someone who will go above and beyond for the Service User and staff involved in the package.
Requirements:
21. A minimum of 6 months professional care experiences
22. The right to work in the UK and have the correct documentation for this
23. A full enhanced DBS
24. An up to date CV with full working history
