Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Periodontist to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of periodontal diseases and treatments, demonstrating expertise in both surgical and non-surgical procedures.
Responsibilities
* Conduct comprehensive examinations to diagnose periodontal diseases and conditions.
* Develop and implement effective treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
* Perform surgical procedures such as gum grafting, dental implants, and periodontal surgeries.
* Collaborate with other dental professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
* Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and the importance of periodontal health.
* Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.
* Stay updated on advancements in periodontology and incorporate new techniques into practice.
Requirements
* Dental degree (BDS or equivalent) with specialised training in periodontology.
* Strong knowledge of anatomy related to oral health and periodontal structures.
* Proficiency in medical imaging techniques for accurate diagnosis and treatment planning.
* Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients and team members.
* Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment.
