The Working Foreman Role:
* Supervising trades teams on-site while working on the tools, managing site and labor allocation within residential properties
* Managing team productivity, reporting regularly to the Contracts Manager
* Health and Safety responsibilities, including welfare checks and inspections of PPE, tools, and equipment
* Conducting toolbox talks
* Performing pre-work, setup, and post-work inspections
Candidate Requirements:
* Experience as a Foreman or Multi-Operative with supervisory duties, with a proven project management track record
* NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in a core trade
* Ability to lead by example and motivate a trades workforce, with responsibility for operational decisions
* Willingness to learn IT systems with support and training
* Full UK Driving Licence is essential for using a company van and fuel card
