Location: Manchester City Centre (office-based)
Join a global biotech organisation who have supported a number of significant scientific breakthroughs.
We are seeking a Digital Analytics Specialist to help develop our client's data-first, digital approach. Ideally you will have proven experience working with GA4 & Google Tag Manager.
Responsibilities:
1. Analyse and interpret data from various digital marketing channels, including social media, email, SEO, PPC, and content marketing.
2. Utilise GA4 to track and report on website performance, user behaviour, and conversion metrics.
3. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and marketing campaign effectiveness.
4. Collaborate with the marketing team to identify opportunities for optimisation and growth.
5. Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve marketing strategies and drive ROI.
6. Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to enhance digital marketing performance.
7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital analytics and marketing.
8. Implement and manage tracking solutions using Google Tag Manager (GTM) to ensure accurate data collection.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience in another Data focused role, reporting across Marketing channels.
2. Hands-on experience with GA4 and GTM.
3. B2B experience is preferred but not essential.
4. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI).
5. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
7. Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and quality.
