We are currently looking for a dedicated Early Years Teaching Assistant to join a supportive primary school in Redditch (B98), working with children in the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS). The role involves supporting pupils with ADHD and challenging behaviours, helping them to access learning and develop key social and emotional skills. About the Role: This is a full-time, long-term position within a welcoming school setting, supporting children aged 3–5 in a classroom and one-to-one environment. You will be working alongside experienced Early Years staff to provide consistent support to children who require additional help to manage their behaviour and engage in daily routines.
