About the Role
As a Senior Care Assistant, you will look after the needs of residents in a Barchester care home to deliver quality, person‑centred care and support. Your responsibilities include:
* Supervising and inspiring a team of Care Assistants alongside the Deputy General Manager.
* Supporting the clinical team in areas such as medication, assessments, care plans or care reviews.
* Respecting the dignity and preferences of residents and creating a warm, welcoming, vibrant environment.
About You
We are looking for:
* NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care.
* Specific knowledge of clinical care for the elderly.
* Warm‑hearted, compassionate and committed to delivering individualized care and support.
* Motivation for ongoing training and career development.
