An Engagement Director is a key role in project management, responsible for:
* Delivering against contracts,
* Meeting or exceeding client expectations,
* Identifying and acting on opportunities for additional business,
* Ensuring adherence to project management rules on engagements.
Hybrid working: Your work location will vary based on role, needs, and business requirements, combining Company offices, client sites, and your home, noting that working from home 100% of the time is not permitted.
Successful candidates will undergo pre-employment checks, including identity, nationality or immigration status, employment history for the past 3 years, and a criminal record check (Disclosure and Barring Service).
Your role
* Ensure 100% compliance with UK Project Management Rules and Mandatory Requirements,
* Manage contracts and change control processes,
* Oversee engagement success, targets, margins, and timelines,
* Manage the project lifecycle, including risks and issues, from start-up to closure,
* Handle monthly financial reporting, including invoicing and supplier payments,
* Utilize mandated methods and tools,
* Manage security and data protection incidents promptly.

* Deep understanding of project management methods and tools,
* Experience with resource planning and scheduling tools like MS Project,
* Proven leadership and motivational skills,
* Effective influencing and conflict resolution abilities,
* Strong analytical and structured thinking skills,
* Risk and issue management expertise,
* Financial management knowledge,
* Experience managing project scope and change control,
* Supplier management experience,
* Mentoring and coaching skills,
* Experience with Oracle full lifecycle implementation,
* Background in requirements gathering, design, build, and deployment,
Residing continuously in the UK for the last 5 years is required for SC clearance, along with other criteria.
Security clearance eligibility questions will be part of the recruitment process, including residency and nationality details.
