National Account Manager – Convenience & Travel Channels

The Opportunity
We’re looking for a National Account Manager to take full ownership of a portfolio of Convenience & Travel accounts. Reporting to the Senior National Account Manager, you’ll be responsible for delivering Müller’s strategic growth plans, driving distribution and unlocking new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
1. Full P&L accountability for your account portfolio.
2. Implement strategic growth plans, working cross-functionally with Category to drive extended distribution.
3. Build and implement Joint Business Plans (JBPs) with key customers, ensuring profitable growth and managing relationships with external sales resources to unlock further travel and forecourt sites.
4. Manage and lead promotional and shopper engagement strategies.
5. Identify NPD & PPA opportunities relevant to channel and customer base; collaborate with commercial colleagues to bring innovative concepts to market.
6. Work with Finance and Demand Planning to develop sales forecasts and align sales volumes with Operations.
About You
