A welcoming and supportive SEN School in Brentwood, Essex, is seeking two dedicated Learning Support Assistants to join their team as soon as possible.
Responsibilities
* Provide 1:1 and small-group support to pupils with a range of additional needs.
* Assist in delivering tailored learning activities under the guidance of the class teacher.
* Help pupils develop social, emotional, and communication skills.
* Create a safe, encouraging learning environment where every child feels valued.
* Work closely with teaching staff, therapists, and pastoral teams.
This SEN school supports pupils with a range of needs, including:
* Autism (ASC)
* Social, Emotional & Mental Health (SEMH)
* Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD)
* Speech, language, and communication needs

Qualifications & Requirements
* Patient, caring, and resilient.
* Passionate about supporting children with SEN.
* Able to build strong, positive relationships with young people.
* Confident working in a structured yet varied environment.
* Experienced in SEN (desirable), although full training will be provided.
* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
* Right to work in the UK.
* Previous experience working with children or vulnerable individuals is an advantage.
