The Role: Working to offer Holistic and Positive options for people who are homeless or potentially facing becoming homelessness. Working alongside people who have moderate – high support needs. Liaising with other agencies in regard to specific needs including Benefits, Mental Health, Substance Misuse, Housing/Estate Agents and Education & Training. Looking after 5-8 customers offering a quality service to support people with complex needs.
